Mr. Loftin’s expertise in real estate operations and management is extensive. He began his career practicing accounting for Arthur Andersen LLP in 1979. After receiving his law degree, Mr. Loftin joined Crowne Partners, a nationwide residential property development and management group, where he served as in-house counsel and coordinated the accounting for property management and construction, income tax compliance, lender relations and investor relations. He later joined the law firm of Balch & Bingham, where he lead the firm’s wealth management and estate planning practice group, and counseled real estate clients in income and estate tax minimization strategies. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Loftin also holds the Certified Financial Planner designation.
